Homeless liaison 

• Ensures that all students experiencing homelessness are identified, enrolled, and are able to succeed in school.
• Identifies McKinney-Vento eligible students
• Assesses student needs and coordinates services within the school
• Monitors educational barriers and student progress
• Refers and provides information to students and families about community resources
