SchoolCafe' Parent Quick Information Reference Guide
We are excited to inform parents that Lakeview School district (Effective 3-1-2024) is moving to a new, more secure school lunch service account provider. This provider's name is PrimeroEdge, and will be providing the Districts Point of Sale software to the Cafeterias in all our buildings. PrimeroEdge in turn provides the 3rd party vendor interface, Schoolcafe', as a means for parents to view your child's lunch account balance, check on the activity and add money to the account as often as you wish. As of 3-1-2024 you will no longer be able to access the old system and will be required to set up a new parent account with the new provider, SchoolCafe'. This change will allow easier management of student accounts, menu access, nutrition and calorie /carb information and selectable push notifications via an installable app available from the links provided below for Android and Apple devices. All account balances will be automatically transferred to SchoolCafe'and will be available for student use.
You need only one parent account for all your students. If you are a parent and do not already have an account on SchoolCafe.com, click create account. Please do not create another account if you already have one, if you are having a problem with your account you should contact the support department at Customercare@schoolcafe.com.If you created an account in the past and forgot your UserID and/or password click here to obtain your account login information.
There is no charge to view your child's account, however, if you pay online there is a 5% transaction charge.
SchoolCafe.com is a 3rd party vendor that enables access to your child/children's meal account balances. It is not designed or maintained by Lakeview School District. If you are having problems with your account access, you should contact the support department at SchoolCafé Technical Support
