VACANCY NOTICE: BOOST (OST) Learning Coordinator
Position Type: Supplemental/Stipend Position (2026–2029 School Years)
Compensation: $34.00 per hour (CBA hourly rate) to be paid by the PCCD Grant # 49747: Lakeview School District BOOST Project
Hours: Approximately 3 hours/week for 40 weeks per grant year
Grant Term: May 22, 2026 – April 30, 2029
Reports To: Dr. Julie M. Lyon, Assistant to the Superintendent / PCCD Grant Coordinator
Position Overview
Lakeview School District is seeking a highly organized and data-driven professional to serve as the BOOST Learning Coordinator for the PCCD grant. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our Out-of-School Time (OST) initiatives, ensuring all programmatic components align with PCCD requirements and district needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the general organization and day-to-day logistics of all OST (Out-of-School Time) activities.
- Grant Reporting & Data: Coordinate the collection of key performance indicators—including PSSA, BIMAS, PAYS, and SWIS data—and assist in formal grant documentation and reporting.
- Personnel & Logistics: Manage staffing schedules, process hours worked, and oversee building usage, room assignments, and operational coordination.
- Operations: Coordinate transportation requests for participants and assist with the procurement of program supplies.
- Program Support & Outreach: Fulfill additional duties as assigned to ensure a high-quality K–12 OST program experience; manage media releases and positive public relations to promote program successes.
