We do everything we can to repair our Chromebooks and IPads through manufacturers warranties first. If we are unable to repair the device using an existing warranty we will use a 3rd party to repair your device. Depending on cause or type of damage done to your device you may be liable for costs incurred for repair as per the Lakeview Device Agreement.
