Blackboard Connect is Lakeviews phone, text and E-mail contact system used to alert subscribers to emergency situations and outreach notifications.  By signing up you control what information you receive as well as where and how it is delivered.  Emergency calls go to all provided numbers and outreach information can be directed to e-mail text or any phone number you provide.
