Mrs. Lilly attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education in 1985.  In 2008, she earned her Master’s degree in Leadership Education from Edinboro University.  Most recently, in 2009,she earnedher Administrative Certification, again from Edinboro University. 

Mrs. Lilly taught various grade levels and positions in the elementary schools for the PENNCREST School District, before seeking an Administrative position. She was hired by the Commodore Perry School District in 2011 to serve as the district’s Elementary Principal, the Title I contact, the Federal Programs contact and the Special Education contact. In 2012, she was hired as the High School  Principal for the Lakeview School District. Then, in 2015 she was hired as the Elementary Principal, for Neason Hill Elementary school, for the Crawford Central School District. In 2019, Mrs. Lilly retired from Education; however, she was asked to return to education to  serve as an interim Principal for the Lakeview School District (2022) and Crawford Central School District ( 2023). 

Mrs. Lilly is honored and excited to return to Lakeview Middle-High School to once again serve as the building Principal. She is focused on the needs of the students, the parents, the staff and the community. She is looking forward to reestablishing “old” relationships and building new ones.  Mrs. Lilly is a lifelong learner and a dedicated educator and she is thrilled to be back at it! 

Mrs. Lilly resides in Meadville, PA with her husband, Mark, their daughter, Mackenzie and their granddaughter, Tara. Their son Logan and his wife Amelia reside in Manassas Park, VA. In her free time she enjoys time with her family, gardening, reading, traveling, and attending Lakeview events.

Mr. Rodriguez attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education/Social Studies in 2009.  In 2022, he earned his Master’s degree in Special Education from Slippery Rock University.  Most recently, in 2023, he earned his Administrative Certification, again from Slippery Rock University. 

Mr. Rodriguez has worked his entire professional career in the Lakeview School District. He was hired by the district in 2010 and has ten years of teaching experience in the high school where he primarily taught U.S. History I in addition to U.S. History II and several social studies electives. He then worked for two years as the district’s Technology Coach, assisting the technology department in implementing the 1:1 device initiative throughout the district.  Mr. Rodriguez then served one year as the district’s Dean of Students and one year as the district’s Coordinator of Student Services.  He began his administrative career in the district in July of 2023 when he was hired as the new Assistant Principal for Lakeview Middle-High School. 

Mr. Rodriguez is honored to continue to be a part of the Lakeview family and is excited to begin the next chapter of his career at Lakeview Middle-High School.  His focus is student-centered, aiming to improve academic performance by the students of the school and a positive culture within the school. 

Mr. Rodriguez resides in Franklin, PA with his wife, Jess, their two children, Michael and Natalie, and their dog, Hines.  In his free time he enjoys coaching youth baseball, traveling, and participating in community events.  Additionally, he is a passionate sports fan, and enjoys learning about the history of local sports figures and events.

Mrs. Heidi Carl graduated from West Highland High School in Highland, Michigan.  

She attended Oakland Community College and earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.  She went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Madonna University.  

Heidi spent over 10 years in corporate business with General Motors Corporation in various positions from: District Parts Manager for 40 GM Dealerships in 3 states (NC/SC/GA), Marketing Manager and finally Product Development Manager at GM SPO World Headquarters in Grand Blanc, Michigan.  She also has 10 years experience in private and SEC business management, marketing and finance.  

Heidi moved to Pennsylvania to be near family in 2009, along with her husband and 2 daughters.  She has been employed with Lakeview School District since June 2023.
